To UK mainland addresses, orders of £100 and under are charged at the Royal Mail delivery cost for the delivery service chosen plus a small surcharge for packing. A quote can be obtained by providing your delivery details in the shopping cart. All orders over £100.00 are delivered free of charge.
Delivery charges are for one delivery to any single mainland United Kingdom address. This excludes the Isle of Man, some remote areas of Scotland, and the Scottish islands. A surcharge may be payable for deliveries to these locations.
Carriage for overseas deliveries will be fulfilled by courier and will be quoted depending on the service chosen and destination address. A quote can be obtained by providing your delivery details in the shopping cart.
We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days from the date of the order being placed, but in in any event within 30 days, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Standard delivery to UK mainland is by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Other timings for delivery are available based on payment of a small additional fee.

All orders are wrapped into a muslin bag free of charge. Additional gift wrapping and a gift message can also be specified in the shopping basket. These services have an additional charge that are indicated at the point of selection.
Receipt of delivery
All deliveries require a signature at the point of receipt. If the delivery service is unable to obtain a signature because the recipient is out, a card will be left so that a re-delivery or collection from a local depot can be arranged. Bamford Ltd and its employees cannot be held responsible for an inability to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will however make our best efforts to correct the problem. Please contact Bamford on +44 (0) 207 589 8728 to discuss your concerns.
Customs Duties may be levied against Products when then delivery reaches any destination outside the UK. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We regret we are unable to advise of these amounts.
Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Cancellation and return
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or for any other reason wish to cancel the Contract, you may request an exchange or refund of the price paid for the Product at any time within 7 days of receipt of the Product. Such requests should be made in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Within a reasonable time following receipt of the email request, we will provide you with a returns number and other documentation and relevant information for return.
The Product must be returned to us as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of the returns number, at your own cost, in the same condition as supplied to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return a Product to us:
- because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 7-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;
- for any other reason (for instance, because you consider that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase
